Eligibility for Refunds

At StellaOrnamento, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order details
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable method

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Photos of the damaged item may be required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Items not returned in their original packaging

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
